Dr. Bonnie Sindelar chiropractor linoln nebraska chiro plus kinesiology

Dr. Bonnie Sindelar grew up in central Kansas. She got her Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Washington in 2007 and her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University in 2011. While most chiropractors use the same handful of techniques in practice, chiropractors  actually have over 100 different techniques that they can learn and use. Dr. Bonnie became a chiropractor solely to focus on one tecnique: CPK. This is a lesser-kn0wn technique and requires extra courses and certifications outside of school.  She loves getting the opportunity to help patients find effective and lasting solutions to their health. Contact her today to get started!

How does it work?

Dr. Bonnie uses a technique called CPK in her practice, which combines the procedures and philosophies of several forms of alternative medicine.

Sacro Occipital Technique is a gentle chiropractic method that focuses on the relationship between the sacrum and the occiput. Using specialized wedge-shaped blocks,  SOT aims to restore movement to the spine, which nourishes the spinal joints and discs.

Autonomic Response Testing  is a form of biofeedback that helps locate stress points in the body that are affecting the autonomic nervous system and potentially causing health issues.

Clinical Kinesiology is a holistic approach that helps identify the cause of the autonomic stress responses in the body. By identifying those causes, it can guide the practitioner to potential treatments.

Acupressure is a gentle therapy that uses touch and pressure on specific points along the body’s meridians. Like acupuncture, it helps restore balance, relieve tension, and support natural healing without the use of needles.
